SHIPPING & TRACKING POLICY

3.1 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide only. We aim to dispatch local deliveries within Western Australia within 3-5 business days, and interstate deliveries within 7-14 business days. CoreWood Trading Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any losses, project delays, or tradesperson cancellation fees incurred by the purchaser due to delayed deliveries.

3.2 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods passes to the purchaser immediately upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address, or upon physical collection by the purchaser (or their authorized agent/courier) from our warehouse.

3.3 Receiving & Inspection (The 48-Hour Rule)

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic sanitaryware and building materials, it is the purchaser’s strict responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receiving them. Any claims for transit damage, missing parts, or visible cosmetic defects must be reported to CoreWood Trading Pty Ltd in writing, accompanied by photographic evidence, within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for visual or transit-related damage made after this 48-hour window will be strictly rejected, and the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in perfect physical condition.

3.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our shipping obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, international shipping delays, customs processing holds, port strikes, extreme weather events, natural disasters, or pandemic-related logistical disruptions.
