All information on our website is an invitation to treat and does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only formed between CoreWood Trading Pty Ltd and the purchaser when we dispatch the goods and provide a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the absolute right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a typographical error or pricing inaccuracy on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether payment has been processed.

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, CoreWood Trading Pty Ltd completely excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage. Prior to commencing any legal proceedings, any party claiming that a dispute has arisen must give written notice to the other party detailing the nature of the dispute. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving such notice.

1.4 Returns & Change of Mind Policy

CoreWood Trading Pty Ltd strictly enforces the following policy regarding returns and changes of mind:
